[Mami looked at Kyosuke, then, thinking.]

...Well actually...It might be nice to have somebody who wasn't a Magical Girl who could help us when we needed it, I suppose...

[She then took the Grief Seed that Kyko was holding out, took another look at Kyosuke, and put it against her Soul Gem with a sigh.]

- Thanks, Kyoko, Sayaka-san - I owe you one for this, I really do.

[She said, smiling as the contamination was drawn away. She felt better already, she did have to admit.]

[But in the meanwhile, Sayaka was looking at her own now strangely shaped Soul Gem, shaking it slowly. Ever since she'd stuck her Soul Gem in the Music Box thing and gone mermaid, she'd only needed to clean it up about as half as much as before, oddly enough...]

...How odd. Could you let me try it now?

[Sayaka said, and put the Grief Seed against her Soul Gem, trying to figure out if anything was different. Hmmm, a fair amount of the dark stuff was being drawn out, but she didn't especially better or worse, oddly enough.]

- How odd - It's like there's some kind of jar inside my Soul Gem now, so the dark stuff doesn't contaminate everything else right away...

[She said aloud. Eight and Seven looked at each other, and then came hopping up to her.]

...Huh, that's interesting. Could we take a closer look at it?

[Aand that was when Charlotte looked at Eight and Seven, and pouted, pointing at both the Grief Seed and the Music Box Thing.]

"All right, all right. I'm on it." [Sayaka chuckled and patted Charlotte' pink head, then handed the dog witch' grief seed to Mami]
[Mami nodded and took the grief seed to the music box she had brought out] "here we are." [she gently placed it in and activated the magic. Soon the dog witche, now the size of a puppy , hopped out with a happy bark.]
"Yay! New sister!"
