It's weird - We can sort of feel the Goddess version of Madoka watching over us usually, right? And the Demon Goddess version of Homura usually watches over us too, though in her case, I have the feeling she might be eating popcorn and making fun of us in the meanwhile, but -

...Yeah, yeah, I get what you mean - It's not like they're gone entirely, but it's like all of a sudden, they got teleported over to the other side of Infinity or something! Not that I know if Infinity's actually supposed to have sides, but whatever, whatever.
